Our school teams have been very busy over the last few weeks, representing the school with great pride, determination and teamwork.
Our girls’ camogie team reached the 7-a-side semi-final, where they lost out on the day to a very strong Lurga N.S. team. The girls gave it everything and showed great skill, effort and spirit throughout the competition. They should be very proud of how well they represented our school.
Our boys’ football team also had a fantastic campaign, recently reaching the 9-a-side final. They played brilliantly on the day and were narrowly beaten by Baile Nua N.S. It was a very close contest, and the boys can be extremely proud of their performance and commitment.
Well done to all the boys and girls involved. Reaching these stages is a wonderful achievement, and we are very proud of the effort, attitude and sportsmanship shown by both teams.
