Aistear December 2017 – Santa’s Workshop
December certainly was an exciting month for the children as they set up Santa’s workshop and prepared for his arrival on December 25th !! The children took on the roles of Santa’s elves and were busy designing the toys , assembling them, checking the quality of them , wrapping them and finally dispatching them to Santa’s sleigh!!In small world the children made a mini Santa’s grotto and took visits to Santa. In Junk art children were busy making various Christmas constructions.
We read the story of “a visit to Santa” and gave a recount of their own trip to to see Santa.
