Geography

Our Geography Plan outlines the knowledge, skills and attitudes that the staff of Kilchreest N.S. hope to impart to the students. The plan highlights the importance of (i) exploration of the child’s immediate local environment and (ii) encouraging the child to become an active agent in his/her learning. The time allocated for geography each week is as follows:

Infants 45 minutes
1st – 6th class is 1 hour.
